Pharr Leaders See Potential In Cabeza de Vaca Bridge Initiative

Only hours after Tamaulipas Governor Francisco Garcia Cabeza de Vaca announced his dynamic vision for improvements to roads leading to the Reynosa/Pharr International Bridge in his state’s border city, Pharr officials were calculating the positive effects to the commercial trade industry crossing their international border.

City Manager Juan Guerra praised the investment Cabeza de Vaca is making as part of a $380 million package Tamaulipas is introducing to repair roads, enhance technology and decrease bridge wait times.
