McAllen continues outreach in Mexico

The City of McAllen, La Plaza Mall and the McAllen Chamber of Commerce’s Convention & Visitors Bureau recently hosted McAllen Day in Mexico City to create awareness about McAllen as a destination and to further relationships with friends and colleagues in Mexico. The event included an expo, fashion show and press conference, featuring the McAllen International Airport, as well as the City of McAllen’s Metro and Parks & Recreation departments, and the McAllen Performing Arts Center. Door prizes, giveaways, and a fashion show presented by Dillard’s- La Plaza Mall were also a highlight of the event.
