Maintaining optimism while under attack

I heard a comedian this week make one of the more interesting comments about the sacking of James Comey. He stated that when Trump was elected president the Democrats compared him to Adolph Hitler. Now they’re comparing him to Richard Nixon. So, the comedian opined, he’s slowly winning them over. Another person (a woman) in a street interview was asked how it must feel to try to do good things as president, but always be accused of evil. The woman responded that she knew exactly how it felt because she was a step mom.
