As a result of the electoral college efforts to convince electors "to vote their conscience", Hillary Clinton suffered a humiliating defeat. Her silence while her minions were attempting to pilfer votes from Trump cost her dearly. To put matters simply, she lost more electoral votes from elector switching than any other presidential candidate in the last hundred years. All told, eight electors broke ranks and voted for somebody else.
