How to define the two men running for Hidalgo County Judge in this year’s Democratic Primary (March 6): Richard Cortez and Eloy Pulido? Hard to say, so this week both were given newspaper space to fill us in on their vision for the county. Some of the questions asked of them were the same, while others were not.
