Pharr, Donna still talking about striking a bridge deal

The two cities – Donna and Pharr – have been looking at cutting a possible bridge deal since last fall. Based on initial talks, Donna would sell Pharr 40 percent ownership in its bridge. In exchange, Pharr would initially pay $2.5 million. And then once the crossing business really got cranked up, add to that, another $6 million.
