Pharr Chamber returns property to city for $1

The old Pharr Chamber of Commerce building at 308 West Park Avenue is really a pretty building as far as commercial properties go. But in today’s challenging real estate market, there haven’t been any offers except one since the chamber closed its doors last year, according to Chamber Board President Jose Guerrero.
