Illegal border crossings down 60 percent compared to 2016

Mexicans now bemoaning job losses?

According to numbers published last week by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, there was a 64-percent decrease in illegal border crossings comparing May 2017 to May 2016.

For fans of open borders (give me your tired, your poor), however, not to mention the “human smugglers, AKA, coyotes” who make money off of the illegal border crossings, there is some good news, however (insert sarcasm): The same U.S. Customs report said that there was a 27-percent increase in illegal immigration in May 2017 compared to April 2017, based on the number of captured detainees.
