Victim’s family pleads for probation?

There was something of major importance absent from a news story published in the local daily newspaper last week concerning a 10-year probated sentence for vehicular manslaughter handed down June 15th by Judge “Bobby” Flores of the 139th state District Court, says Hidalgo County District Attorney Ricardo Rodriguez.
That being, the victim’s family requested that the defendant, 20-year-old Francisco Xavier Saucedo, not be sent to prison for his crime.
