DA files motion to revoke her bond until Sept. 18th trial begins

If the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s Office can effectively prove its case Wednesday, Aug. 9th, backed up by enough evidence, that capital murder defendant Monica Melissa Patterson knowingly violated conditions of her bond – then she could be headed back to the county jail until her scheduled trial begins Sept. 18th.
If Patterson’s bond does get revoked Wednesday, her street clothes would then be laid aside, and she would again don the jailhouse orange jumpsuit she first wore after being arrested in August 2015 and charged with the Jan. 28th, 2015 capital murder of McAllen resident Melissa Patterson back to jail?
